Royalty Scents Has a New Web Platform

Exciting news for current and new perfume box subscribers! On May 10, 2021, we launched an upgraded Royalty Scents web platform based on your feedback, including an improved way to manage your scent calendar—the queue. Learn more about our new platform in these areas:


If I am a current subscriber, what do I need to do?

You just need to set a new password. Because passwords are encrypted, we never see and never can move your password from one platform to another. Other subscriber information, such as name, email and shipping address, has been securely moved.

Even if you don’t set up a new password right away, your subscription will continue uninterrupted. But we hope you take advantage of the new platform and the much-improved way to add perfumes to your monthly subscription calendar (we call it The Queue).

To set up a new password, you will just need the email address you used to subscribe prior to May 2021. You will get a secure link by email to create a new password. Done!


What is new and improved on the platform?

Adding scents to your queue

After you login to the new RoyaltyScents.com, you can click ADD on any fragrance when browsing or searching our extensive selection. It will go in the next available spot on your queue. You will see a preview of your upcoming scents. That is all there is to it!

You can also easily add extra bottles for any given month. Feel free to arrange your queue for months in advance, up to a year. You can change your mind, remove, and replace fragrances until it’s time to ship your subscription box for a given month.

Re-arranging your queue

To see the full 12-month queue, click Queue from the top of any page, then click Manage Queue. You can see and re-arrange your selections here as well.

Managing your account

To make a change to your account information, such as shipping address, click Account from the top of any page. You will see links to update account and subscription details.

Can I still use the old platform?

We hope you take advantage of the upgrade. There is not a way for you to login to the old platform, but all orders you had already lined up will still be processed normally. All information you had provided before is still safe and secure. Going forward, everyone will need to use the new Royalty Scents.


What if I don’t see my previous orders?

The new system isn’t able to show orders placed on the previous system. But, as noted before, these orders were sent to our staff and will be processed normally. The order history function on the new platform will show only orders shipped with the new system, with a date after May 10, 2021.


Do I need to place orders every month as before?

With the upgraded system, you just need to add scents to your Queue, up to 12 months ahead. We convert them to orders on your monthly anniversary date. There is no longer a need to use any Place Order functions.


Can I get more than one or two scents per month?

Absolutely. You can add extra bottles for a single month, or multiple months. Extra bottle charges will show on your queue. Your order is not charged until it is time to prepare it on your monthly anniversary date. Until then, you can make changes to your queue. Once an order is processed, you cannot change it via the website.


How do I know if my subscription is still active?

It very likely is active and without disruptions. If you are logged in and on the account page, check the Subscription section near the bottom. It will show Solo (Active) or Shared (Active).


How do I change my shipping address?

If you are logged in and on the account page, you will see the Shipping address on file. If there isn’t a visible Change shipping link next to it, we first need you to update your Billing address and payment information. Click Change billing, provide an up-to-date payment method and billing address. Then you can also change your shipping address via the Change shipping link.
