Shipping within the contiguous United States is always free on all of our monthly subscription plans.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico is only $0.69 extra. International shipping is $8.95–$11.95, based on the destination.

Yes, we welcome subscribers for a variety of international destinations, including Canada, Australia, and European Countries. International shipping is $9.95–$12.95, based on the destination.

Absolutely, feel free to choose from either—we do not restrict your scent choices.

If you are on the Solo Plan, free to mix and feminine or masculine scents on your scent calendar for different months. If you are on the Shared Plan, free to mix and match any feminine or masculine scents as your selections for one month or different months.

Yes, they are 0.27 oz / 8 ml, well below the allowed liquid size requirements by the TSA regulations. You can read more about it on their website.

We ship your first box 3–5 days from the date you start your subscription, and then around the same date each month.

Once your Royalty Scents box ships, please allow several business days for delivery, depending on your destination. We ship all the boxes from Chicago IL via USPS First Class.

After you receive you tracking number, you can check with delivery progress at USPS.

We provide you with a tracking number when we ship your box. Please first check the status of your tracking number with the USPS or delivery service designated in your shipment confirmation email. Please consult our Terms & Conditions and Shipping Policies for more details.

Your credit card will be authorized immediate and charged for your first month one day after you subscribe.

Then you will be charged each month at the same date you started your subscription. You can view your monthly renewal date within your account. Your Royalty Scents subscription will renew automatically each month, unless you pause or cancel before your renewal date.

We will be sorry to see you go, but you can cancel at any time by clicking Cancel Subscription when logged in your Account. You can also fill out the Contact us form. Your cancellation is effective after the date you cancel, and you will not be charged for any future months.

You may also Pause your subscription for up to 90 days. When ready to come back, it’s easy—just login to your Account.

Don’t worry, you won’t end up empty handed. We will remind you twice by email in advance of your monthly renewal date. If by the noted cut-off date, you still haven’t added scents for the upcoming monthly box, we will select fragrances based on your previous selections and send you the number of scents matching your subscription plan.
